VISA REGULATIONS

Citizens from Europe, the US and many other countries do not need a visa. Citizens of countries that need Visa for coming to Croatia (e.g., Albania, Nigeria) can download Visa Application Form here. Complete this form and attach the ITI 2006 Registration Confirmation Letter you received after registration, Hotel Reservation, and Flight reservation, and contact your nearest Croatian Embassy. Do not forget to take your passport and picture (30 x 35 mm). Travel visa expenses are 160 kn (about 25 EUR).

GETTING A VISA

You can find out if you need a visa to visit Croatia at http://www.mfa.hr/MVP.asp?pcpid=1615 (under Visa Requirement Overview please select your country).

In case you need to apply for a visa you need a Legal person's invitation letter form sent by the local organizer.

To get that form, the company/institution of the applicant has to provide guaranties to cover all possible costs if necessary (including health care, etc.).

To send a request for the Legal person's invitation letter form please follow these steps:

1. Register for the conference.

2. Book a hotel for the accommodation

3. Send us an e-mail with the following data:
- First and Last name
- Date and place of birth
- Citizenship
- Passport number, date and place of issuing, validity date
- Your address
- Your occupation
- The address of your stay during the visit to Croatia

4. Send us a signed letter from your institute/company filled in according to this template.

5. Send us a copy of confirmation of a reservation of your accommodation.
